portrait with cropped hair...

My cousin Mary loves Frida Kahlo so one day I had idea to put Mary in a Frida painting for her Christmas gift!  This was the one painting I thought was best for Mary (most recently known for role of Hamlet at Philadelphia Shakespeare Theater).  I surprised her with the entire set up and wardrobe when she came over to visit one day.

This picture was then printed on canvas for my aunt with the music painted on by Mary.

Big thanks to my parents...  borrowed my dad's suit, and able to spray paint chair in their garage.  (and not thinking I was nuts when I told them what I was going to do! )
