Puerto Penasco... shopping

Shopping in Puerto Penasco and Mexico is all about bargaining. Prices are not marked and the price starts by how you look. I eventually got the prices down to what I would pay, and then bargained even more on the final price. He eventually asked it I was a student since I didn't seem to have much money. I did not tell him my job... I went with the starving artist idea instead.
